We work closely with veteran hubs, regimental associations and military charities to make sure support is accessible, respectful and reliable. There’s no pressure and no sales pitch, just a clear, veteran-focused service designed to help you understand your hearing and take the next steps if you choose to.
We work with fully qualified, independent audiologists who understand military noise exposure. You can attend one of our local clinics, or we can come directly to your home and carry out the full service in the comfort and privacy of your own surroundings. No travelling, no waiting rooms, no barriers.
After your test, we help you complete the paperwork needed for a solicitor to review your case. We don’t give legal advice - that’s always handled by a regulated solicitor - but we make sure your forms are completed correctly and ready to be looked at.
And importantly: if a solicitor decides to take your case forward, they will do so on a No Win, No Fee basis. That means if your claim doesn’t succeed, you won’t pay the solicitor’s fees. There’s no financial risk in finding out where you stand.
